Recommendation: 3-6x week
Annie recommend to exercise 3-6 times a week to bring about deep & long-lasting changes. It is great if you are motivated and full of drive, but please keep in mind that it is also important to rest to allow your body to process the changes we make through our workouts. It´s all about a holistic & balanced life.
