Due to Annie's illness, she wasnt allowed to exercise. So this week we have a super effective full body summer class that promote your weight loss & make you truly sweat! Thank you for your understanding. Enjoy your summer class!

Optional Equipment: 0.5kg hand weights + 0.5kg ankle weights
Recommendation: 3-6x week
Annie recommend to exercise 3-6 times a week to bring about deep & long-lasting changes. It is great if you are motivated and full of drive, but please keep in mind that it is also important to rest to allow your body to process the changes we make through our workouts. It´s all about a holistic & balanced life
