Welcome to this weeks STA Class.
This week's class is slightly different than usual. You need an extra tool. With this we slightly increase the complexity of the exercises and strengthen your body-mind connection. This will make you feel a bit more "home" after each workout session. You'll get closer and closer to your beautiful, true essence. Through it all, you'll feel that we're targeting the deep muscles that make for a lean, toned but feminine physique.
Most important: ENJOY moving your body. It’s our home so lets celebrate it with gratitude, joy and LOVE.
To intensify the effect even more Annie has created a special After Workout Stretch ritual, that consists of stretch elements specifically designed to the most important energy centers (chakras) of our bodies. With them blockages & imbalances are released so the workout can unfold its full effect for physical, mental & spiritual well-being. It´s the perfect after workout stretch for sore muscles.
Annie recommend to exercise 4-6 times a week to bring about deep & long-lasting changes. It is great if you are motivated and full of drive, but please keep in mind that it is also important to rest to allow your body to process the changes we make through our workouts. It´s all about a holistic & balanced life.
