Our Starter Class is created for anybody who is new to ANNIECONCEPT or who is just starting to workout. Here you get introduced in our holistic concept & you learn the basics techniques in which you will build up muscular structure. We reset your system and build strength & balance from within. Be patient with yourself. If you do not feel ready for weights yet, that's totally fine! Just add them as soon as possible for best results.

Join the Starter Workout Classes for up to 6 times a week for best results. Move mindfully and perform your exercises in a controlled manner.
