> PRO Classes
Our Professional Class is designed for members, who have adopted and familiarised our concept. We add a bit more weight & increase the performance as well as intensity. For this level special performances were created, which present a particular challenge for condition as well as for your muscles. We are always working on new movements to offer you new challenges and variety at this level regularly.
> How to practice?
Join the Professional Classes for up to 6 times a week. If you are new to the Professional Classes, it is absolutely fine to keep the usual weights. Add them as soon as possible for best results.

• 0.5kg/1lb - 1.5 kg/3lbs Hand Weights
