> GENTLE CLASSES are a special workout line that is very gentle on your entire body. These workouts are soft to all your joints & relieve especially the knees. Also a perfect choice for days you are dealing with pms or just feeling not comfortable.
Just make sure that they do not replace more than 1/3 of your workout routine. Because our philosophy is that we love our body & make it a priority to give it the time to move so that it is strong and healthy and also to strengthen the body, mind, soul connection.
> GENTLE CLASSES are designed so that you have the choice of which weights to use. The more weight the higher the intensity of your workout - You can choose between 3 options for your workout:
