Our Advanced Class is designed for members, who are already familiar with our concept and for those who are ready for more challenging moves. We will increase the complexity of each move as well as performance.

> How to practice?
Join the Advanced Classes four up to 6 times a week for best results. If you do not feel ready for weights yet, just leave them out and add them as soon as possible for best results.
